Once the plan feels right, we can book your flights, hotels, and experiences for you, so you’re not juggling a dozen tabs and confirmation emails on your own.
Not at all. Many of our journeys start with something like “somewhere warm in March” or “our first big trip together.” Share whatever you have, even if it’s just a feeling, and we’ll help you narrow it down into options that make sense.
Yes. A rough budget helps us understand your priorities and make smart trade-offs, like where to spend a little more and where to save. You don’t need an exact number to get started. A comfortable range is enough.
No. We plan journeys across different travel styles. Some travelers prefer our Essential approach, others lean toward Signature or Elevated. These describe travel preferences, not rigid packages, and every plan is tailored to what matters most to you.
Yes. Once your plan is set, we can book your flights, hotels, and experiences for you. Final prices and availability depend on your travel dates and on current supplier availability at the time of booking.
No. Journey by Des doesn’t charge a planning fee. The cost of your trip, including flights, accommodations, and experiences, depends on your itinerary and current supplier prices.
Life happens. If you need to change or cancel something, we’ll help you work through it based on the policies of the airline, hotel, or other provider involved. Because each provider sets its own rules, we can’t guarantee refunds or specific outcomes, but we’ll help you understand your options and handle the next steps.
